This Final Degree Project (TFG), is a theoretical review of active methodologies with the
aim of emphasizing the main characteristics that define them, in addition, aims to demonstrate the
skills acquired during my training in the Master's Degree or Education Teacher Childish.
During my training at the university and after the realization of the Practicum I have been able to
see first-hand the importance of the principles of activity, freedom, exploration and manipulation in
the students' learning. For this reason, I have dedicated this research and documentation to delve
into the most representative theories of these principles, elaborating a journey through the creation
of the New School and its most representative methodological features. In this process, I have
been gathering information as a basis to create and design a personalized proposal of the
teaching-learning process that meets these characteristics. In this proposal of intervention, two
methodologies, the methodology of Reggio Emilia and Maria Montessori, always keeping in mind
the legal framework through which the educational process is regulated.
The process of preparing this research and its conclusions have helped me to shape my profile as
a teacher in training, establishing a solid base on which to intervene in my professional future,
always bearing in mind that identity as a teacher is built day by day bridges between theory and
practice in the classroom. [-]
