In this section we will resume the history of Clap!, his progress during these years and a little summary of the marketing plan. Clap! is a small academy of languages, dedicated to the teaching of foreign languages and sustainability. It is an academy that adapts to the current times, applying innovative methodologies and always with a practical approach. Today, due to the economic circumstances of the country and an increasingly dynamic and flexible working environment, there is growing concern among young and not so young people about their academic preparation, with special emphasis on the study of a second language, usually English. In this marketing plan we have carried out an internal analysis studying the resources of Clap!, an external analysis to know the environment in which the company moves as well as its competitors. Finally we have analyzed the sector of language teaching centers and consumer behavior. Finally, after the analysis has been developed action plans to improve the maintenance and growth of the company. Six marketing objectives have been set and a total of nine actions have been proposed to achieve these objectives, seven of them being communication decisions and the remaining two product decisions. The actions have a schedule program and a budget has been calculated to carry them out. We conclude with a control panel explaining the control methods and their frequency about the proposed marketing objectives. [-]
