Today's society is a community of organizations and therefore have become a
crucial part of everyday life and can not see the day to day without what we provide,
such as sports, economic, military, educational institutions, political , religious, etc..
These we offer all types of services that meet our needs. But many of these
institutions are only aimed at being productive and forgetting the people inside of
them as if they could not contribute more than the labour force.
Organizations are not simple structures, are structures that have planning,
productive ways, coordination, management, etc... But as we said before, these are
more focused on how to produce and profit rather than the people themselves. And
what about these? Are they not important? Do not add anything? This paper attempts to
find out once and see how to introduce people with their knowledge within the structure
of organizations can in turn increase production without forgetting that great unknown:
the worker.
In the first section we will see what they are, what is its history as well as its
structure. In the second section we will look more in this world and observe which
communicative processes that exist in an organization. Then in the third part, talk of
knowledge and its management, more specifically what each of these parts and models
you find in managing knowledge. Finally we will discuss two case studies of
organizations that have used this type of management, and what were the results. [-]
