Diagnóstico sobre la gestión del tiempo en el aula y propuesta de mejora

Abstract

En el presente trabajo final de máster se lleva a cabo un análisis de la capacidad que tienen los alumnos de primero del ciclo formativo medio de gestión administrativa del módulo CEAC (Comunicación empresarial y Atención al Cliente) de tres centros educativos de la provincia de Castellón para gestionar su tiempo a la hora de ejecutar un proyecto mediante la metodología de investigación-acción. Durante el periodo de observación en el aula del centro educativo IES el Caminàs se detecta que existen diversas actuaciones y comportamientos en los alumnos que desencadenan en un problema de procrastinación y falta de productividad. Para la investigación, los datos se obtienen a través de un cuestionario realizado con una metodología cuantitativa y descriptiva y se puede asegurar que los alumnos reconocen esta carencia y con ello la importancia de saber administrar su tiempo para ser más productivos. Por tanto, mediante la implementación de una propuesta de mejora en el aula haciendo uso de diferentes técnicas y herramientas de priorización, planificación y programación se pretende reducir los efectos negativos de las causas de pérdida de tiempo en la ejecución de trabajos, así como aprender a trabajar proactivamente y ser capaces de identificar prioridades. Finalmente, tras el diagnóstico y la propuesta de mejora, se presentan las conclusiones de la investigación donde se determina la validez y fiabilidad en la consecución de los objetivos fijados en el estudio.

In this final master's thesis, an analysis is carried out of the ability of first-year students of the intermediate training cycle of administrative management of the CEAC module (Business Communication and Customer Service) of three educational centers in the province of Castellón to manage your time when executing a project through the research-action methodology. During the observation period in the classroom of the IES el Caminàs educational center, it is detected that there are various actions and behaviors in the students that trigger a problem of procrastination and lack of productivity. For the investigation, the data is obtained through a questionnaire carried out with a quantitative and descriptive methodology and it can be ensured that the students recognize this lack and with it the importance of knowing how to manage their time to be more productive. Therefore, through the implementation of a proposal for improvement in the classroom using different prioritization, planning and programming techniques and tools, it is intended to reduce the negative effects of the causes of loss of time in the execution of work, as well as learning to work proactively and be able to identify priorities. Finally, after the diagnosis and improvement proposal, the conclusions of the research are presented where the validity and reliability in achieving the objectives set in the study are determined.
