Grupos interactivos: implicación de las familias en el centro

Abstract

El objetivo del trabajo es la reflexión sobre la metodología de los grupos interactivos con implicación de los padres en el aula de Educación Infantil, con alumnado de 4 años. Los grupos interactivos es una metodología que se practica en las Comunidades de Aprendizaje y que se practica en dicha escuela. El trabajo es llevado a cabo en una escuela castellonense de un barrio urbano y nuevo, reflejándose, principalmente, en los protagonistas de dicha metodología: los alumnos/as, maestra-tutora y dos padres voluntarios. Se les pasó una entrevista a estos tres grupos y se recogieron los resultados entre los 23 alumnos/as, la maestra-tutora y los dos padres voluntarios. Éstos resultados hacen constar que los grupos interactivos son una práctica educativa muy eficaz entre todos los miembros participativos. También, mejoran las relaciones entre todos ellos, y la implicación de los padres se hace más importante.

The job is submitted to reflection of the methodology of the interactive groups with the involvement of parents in a school of infant and primary education, specifically in the learner’s child of 4 years. It is a methodology which is practiced in the communities of learning and practice in this school. The work is carried out in a Castellon school of an urban neighborhood and new, reflected mainly in the protagonists of this methodology: the learners, teacher and two volunteers’ parents. They are step an interview to these three groups and I collected the results among the 23 pupils, the teacher, and the two volunteers’ parents. These results make it clear that the interactive groups are a very effective educational practice among all members participatory. Also, improving relations between all of them, and the involvement of the parents becomes more important.
