Propuesta educativa de normalización de la diversidad funcional desde el módulo de FOL

Abstract

La presente propuesta educativa, tiene como objetivo la sensibilización y normalización del alumnado sobre las diferentes diversidades funcionales, fomentando la empatía, la reflexión y el trabajo en equipo. Se pretende llevar a cabo mediante el desarrollo de una unidad didáctica. Esta unidad se impartirá a lo largo de un curso académico, dentro del módulo de FOL (Formación y Orientación Laboral). Asimismo, las actividades de la unidad se realizan coincidiendo con algunas festividades relacionadas con la diversidad funcional. Además, algunas de las actividades se establecerán desde un enfoque laboral, en línea con el objetivo principal de la propuesta, sin descuidar los contenidos propios del módulo. Para ello, se utilizarán diversas metodologías como el aprendizaje basado en proyectos, aprendizaje servicio, el aprendizaje colaborativo/cooperativo, la gamificación o aprender haciendo. Todas estas metodologías se aplicarán durante las diferentes tareas que se desarrollarán, con el objetivo añadido, de alcanzar un impacto a nivel social mediante la difusión de alguna de las actividades.

The aim of this educational proposal is to raise awareness and normalization of students about the different functional diversities, promoting empathy, reflection and teamwork. It is intended to be carried out through the development of a didactic unit. This unit will be taught throughout an academic year, within the FOL (Formation and Labor Orientation) module. Likewise, the activities of the unit will be carried out coinciding with some festivities related to functional diversity. In addition, some of the activities will be established from a labor approach, in line with the main objective of the proposal, without neglecting the contents of the module itself. For this purpose, several methodologies will be used, such as project-based learning, service learning, collaborative/cooperative learning, gamification or learning by doing. All these methodologies will be applied during the different tasks that will be developed, with the added objective of achieving a social impact through the dissemination of some of the activities.
