Educar en un CRA: Salvar l’aulari de Vilanova d’Alcolea, responsabilitat de tot el poble

Abstract

El present treball té com a objectius principals analitzar la situació del centre educatiu de Vilanova d’Alcolea pel que fa al baix nombre d’alumnat i extreure accions de millora per a l’escola per tal d’incrementar el nombre d’alumnat. En el seu disseny i planificació han participat les famílies de l’escola i les famílies potencials del poble amb qüestionaris, el personal docent de l’aulari amb un grup de discussió i el director del CRA a través d’una entrevista. A partir de l’anàlisi dels resultats dels diferents agents implicats en la investigació s’han extret propostes de millora educatives vinculades amb la jornada lectiva del centre, l’oferta de serveis extraescolars, el nou centre educatiu, la dotació de recursos i la metodologia del centre. Considerem que aquestes propostes de millora poden ajudar a augmentar el nombre d’alumnat al centre, tot i que també existeixen altres factors a millorar en el poble i que repercuteixen en l’escola, com l’oferta laboral i d’habitatge. Per això, podem concloure que impulsar l’aulari de Vilanova d’Alcolea està en mans del centre educatiu, però també del poble i de l’Ajuntament.

The present study seeks to analyse the situation of the school of Vilanova d’Alcolea concerning its low number of pupils and to extract actions for improvement so that the centre can increase its number of students. Its design and planning entailed the participation of the school’s families and potential families of the village through questionnaires, the classroom teachers through a discussion group and the school principal of the CRA through an interview. After analysing the results of the different agents involved in this research, we extracted proposals for educational improvement in relation to the school teaching hours, the offer of extracurricular services, the new school, the provision of resources and the methodology of the centre. We consider that these proposals can help to increase the number of pupils in the school although there are also other factors to improve in the village that have an impact on the centre, such as employment and housing. Hence, we can conclude that not only is promoting the lecture room of Vilanova d’Alcolea in the hands of the school, but also in the hands of the village and its council.
