Programa de Facebook Live e Instagram: “Sangre y Corazón Manaba”

Abstract

El presente proyecto consistirá en la creación del programa "Sangre y Corazón Manaba", que pretenderá aprovechar los recursos digitales como medio para dar a conocer las áreas rurales de la provincia de Manabí, se recurrirá a los medios digitales más utilizados en la actualidad por los usuarios de acuerdos a la encuesta aplicada, se tomará a Facebook e Instagram como enlace con los usuarios, el objetivo general del proyecto será desarrollar el plan de comunicación digital para el posicionamiento de la imagen y trayectoria del programa "Sangre y Corazón Manaba". Además, se realizará el método Canvas para resaltar las actividades claves, la propuesta, la relación que tendrá el programa con el cliente y el segmento al que estará dirigido el proyecto, asimismo se efectuará el análisis DAFO para identificar las debilidades, amenazas, fortalezas y oportunidades que englobarán al proyecto. También se realizará el análisis del mercado, las estrategias a implementar que mejor se adapten al programa y por ende las acciones que facilitarán el cumplimiento del objetivo del proyecto. Por último, se elaborará el cronograma de actividades, el presupuesto con el que contará el proyecto para iniciar las actividades y un plan de seguimiento que servirá para comprobar el cumplimiento de los objetivos que tendrá el programa como meta.

This project will consist of the creation of the "Sangre y Corazón Manaba" program, which aims to take advantage of digital resources as a means of publicizing the rural areas of the province of Manabí, using the digital media most used today by Users agreeing to the applied survey, Facebook and Instagram will be linked with users, the general objective of the project will be to develop the digital communication plan for the positioning of the image and trajectory of the "Blood and Heart Manaba" program. In addition, the Canvas method will be executed to highlight the key activities, the proposal, the relationship that the program will have with the client and the segment to which the project will be directed, the SWOT analysis will also be carried out to identify weaknesses, threats, strengths and opportunities that will encompass the project. The analysis of the market will also be carried out, the strategies to be implemented that best suit the program and therefore the actions that will facilitate the fulfillment of the project objective. Finally, the schedule of activities, the budget that the project will have to start the activities and a monitoring plan that will serve to verify compliance with the objectives that the program will have as its goal will be prepared.
