Early school leaving at compulsory age is a worrying issue that is currently present in educational institutions. For this reason, the needs of the student body must be addressed and absenteeism or drop-out must be avoided. In this sense, starting from the emotional education and the emotions of the students can be very effective in making them feel happy and eager to learn. Therefore, in this study an intervention was carried out with 4 students from the Second Chance School. These students present insecurity, lack of self-esteem and low motivation. In this way, this intervention has started with an emotional education session with the aim of working on the identification and emotional management to improve the student’s self-esteem. [-]
