Currently, work not only consists of a basic tool through which economic remuneration is obtained, but also allows us to satisfy needs, acquire and develop skills, and attitudes that facilitate our personal growth, contribute to our life satisfaction and in turn will increase job satisfaction and our performance within the company. This study was carried out with the objective of analyzing the degree of job satisfaction and life satisfaction of part-time workers compared to full-time workers, as well as finding out if the two variables correlate with each other significantly. The study sample is made up of 84 participants, of whom 57.1% were women and 42.9% were men, aged between 19 and 60 years and an average of 29.39 years. The workers are labor-active and are divided into two types of working day: full-time with 57.1%, and part-time with 42.9%. They were administered the Job Satisfaction Scale and the Life Satisfaction Scale in online format through Google Forms. After the analysis between the study variables, it is confirmed that there are no differences in the levels of job and life satisfaction of part-time and full-time workers. The gender variable does not influence satisfaction levels either. However, there is a positive and significant correlation between life satisfaction and job satisfaction. It is recalled the need to deepen the research that looks for variables such as the positive and negative effect, which helps to achieve a more exhaustive study of people's subjective well-being. [-]
