dc.description.abstractWith the development of new technologies and its implementation in today’s society, Information and Communication Technologies has become a huge influence in the way in which companies use their website and social networks as an element of marketing. Thus, this paper has two purposes: first, present an analysis of the use of website branding in a tile company and, second, reflect about the positive influence this web branding and its social networks has on the marketing of the company. A website and social networks from a tile company called Azulev Grupo is selected to analyze how they are used to improve the quality of their marketing processes. To complement the study, an interview with the creators and editors of the company’s website has been conducted, focusing on all the different aspects taken into account for the creation to show the real value that this tool can have on the corporate image of the company. To conclude, it needs to be mentioned the positive effects of web branding for the promotion of a strong brand and the creation of a positive marketing plan. For this reason, website branding needs to be considered as a new marketing method to be applied.ca_CA
