dc.description.abstract | This paper aims to present a designed project regarding an advisory consulting program that should be established within the Human Resources department processes of teleperformance.gr company, with basic purpose to improve workers' quality of labor life. Positive Organizational Psychology (POP) is referred in the paper as fundamental basis for the development of the project. Many studies have shown that related positive activities have on the one hand, positive influences in the physical, social and mental health of employees who, consequently, will present engagement and flow during their labor; and on the other hand, POP provides beneficial outcomes for the organization as well, such as productivity increment due to positive effects in the organizational functionality and efficient service results, such as an advanced service quality. Furthermore, in order to proceed to an effectual project design, the tool business model CANVAS for its methodical analysis is been used. The scope of this is to present it, within a near future time, to the organizational leadership so they will approve the execution of this project. Finally, the Author´s main goal is that, this paper would be a future guidebook for other telecommunication companies in order to improve their administrative functionality of personnel. It should be noted that employees often suffer from psychosocial damages given that usually, these kind of working environments are toxic with harmful effects for their physical, social and mental health and productivity as well. Finally, what is expected from experts is to make appropriate changes to this designed project so it will be able to fit to any company´s needs. | ca_CA |
