dc.description.abstract | The company under study is "Grupo El Alto". It is a dedicated and specialized organization in catering services and event organization. As a starting point to mention that the company has a long history and a lot of experiences and events, aimed at different audiences. However, they lack efficient management of their intangible values, such as the relationship with their audiences. They do not have a public map to help them have identified, defined and weighted; in addition, the lack of a starting point on the image that they project on the public. Therefore, the objectives that have been marked in this work are generally to diagnose the starting point and the actual image of Grupo El Alto.To meet the objectives set, a quantitative and qualitative methodology has been used to be able to find the necessary information with the utmost rigour. The result of the investigation is reflected in a proposal to Grupo El Alto of a letter of identity to guide it communicatively. | ca_CA |
