La escape room como estrategia innovadora en Educación Física

Abstract

El trabajo final de grado que se presenta tiene como objetivo dar una solución a la problemática que tienen la mayoría de los centros escolares con sus instalaciones deportivas cuando llueve o cuando por cualquier otra circunstancia no se pueden utilizar sus patios exteriores. Y es que cuando ocurre esto los maestros y maestras de educación física tienen problemas para impartir sus clases y deben trasladarse al aula. Para ello se ha diseñado un nuevo proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje eficaz para que se impartan los contenidos establecidos en el marco legislativo actual. Este proyecto que se ha diseñado es una escape room, la hemos creado del tenis pero con la idea de poder plasmarlo con cualquier otro contenido didáctico. Por otra parte, se va a realizar una serie de técnicas de aprendizaje cooperativo para que a través de este método sean los mismos alumnos y alumnas los que creen sus escape rooms de otros deportes, de este modo tengan la motivación de crear y trabajar sobre aquello que luego les va a enseñar y podrán aprender. Integrar este tipo de componentes lúdicos en el aula crea experiencias diversas a través de juegos de rol, técnicas de economía de fichas y recompensas, técnicas de aprendizaje cooperativo... Por eso la escape room es una experiencia novedosa que facilita el desarrollo de la enseñanza-aprendizaje y permite llevarla a cabo al aula con éxito, orden y seguridad.

This final degree project aims to provide a solution to the problems that most schools have with their sports facilities when it rains or when, due to any other circumstance, their outdoor playgrounds cannot be used. And when this happens teachers of physical education have problems to teach their classes and must move to the classroom. Therefore, a new effective teaching-learning process has been designed that allows the teaching of the contents established in the current legislative framework. The designed project is a tennis 'escape room', but with the idea of being able to translate it with any other didactic content. On the other hand, a series of cooperative learning techniques will be carried out so that, through this method, the students themselves will create their escape rooms of other sports and, therefore, they have the motivation to create and work on what then they will learn. Integrating this type of playful components in the classroom creates diverse experiences through role-playing games, rewards economy techniques, cooperative learning techniques, etc. That is why the escape room is a new experience that facilitates the development of teaching-learning and can take place in the classroom with success, order and security.
