Dificultades de aprendizaje en Educación Infantil: evaluación de un caso y propuesta de intervención

Abstract

Identificar las dificultades del aprendizaje en edades tempranas es de suma importancia para el desarrollo integral del alumnado. Trastornos de conducta, inadaptación escolar o incluso TDAH, son algunos de los problemas que pueden causarlas, por lo que es importante saber identificarlos a tiempo para poder intervenir lo más rápido posible, minimizando así los efectos negativos que provocan. Este trabajo se centra en la evaluación y posterior propuesta de intervención de un niño de tres años con serias dificultades de aprendizaje, con el objetivo de modificar la conducta del menor mediante la combinación de diferentes técnicas de modificación de conducta y cognitivo conductuales. Tras la evaluación se detecta que el niño, además de presentar un retraso madurativo importante, podría desarrollar en un futuro TDHA, del subtipo combinado hiperactivo/inatento. Para poder hacer frente a este diagnóstico ofreceremos al centro donde el menor está escolarizado, un programa de intervención para llevarlo a cabo en el siguiente curso escolar. Pretendemos actuar lo más rápido posible, evitando así que los problemas de conducta permanezcan en el tiempo y hagan mella en la conducta y el aprendizaje del menor.

Identifying the difficulties of learning at an early age is of utmost importance for the integral development of the students. Behavioural disorders, school maladjustment or even ADHD are some of the problems that can cause them, so it is important to identify them in time to intervene as quickly as possible, thus minimizing the negative effects they cause. This work focuses on the evaluation and subsequent intervention proposal of a three-year-old child with serious learning difficulties, with the aim of modifying the child's behaviour through the combination of different behaviour modification and cognitive behavioural techniques. After the evaluation, it is detected that the child, in addition to presenting an important maturational delay, could develop in the future ADHD, of the combined hyperactive / inattentive subtype. To be able to face this diagnosis, we will offer the center where the child is enrolled, an intervention program to carry it out in the following school year. We intend to act as quickly as possible, avoiding behavioural problems that remain in time and make a dent in the child's behaviour and learning
