dc.description.abstract | This document introduces the final degree project of the Game Design and Development's Degree located in Castellón de la Plana, Spain. Its purpose is to show that the student has learned the required knowledge by executing a professional project involved in a concrete topic immersed in the video game industry. It is the last step to finish the degree, and it contains topics related to the diverse subjects learnt during the years in the university. In this case, a serious health video game has been designed in the context of an academic exchange course in the University of Applied Sciences Hanzehogeschool, Groningen, the Netherlands. Its topic is to prevent the abuse of drug consumption at early ages for children in Kpando, Volta Region, Ghana. Due to being an individual assignment, in this document it will be only explained those tasks performed by the author. The result, Two Ways, is a platform video game where two characters, Kisi and Ekow, try to reach their goals by overpassing the enemies that they encounter in their path. | ca_CA |
