dc.description.abstractIs there information that we can’t know through the internet? The answer is no. With our smartphones, computers ... we get almost any information instantly. And companies are becoming more aware of it. This research aims to defend the idea that 2.0 tools, especially social networks, are a key element for the business strategy of Spanish companies when looking for staff to fill positions, and to be able to form a template with talent. To carry out a more complete study, an analysis of social networks and recruitment is carried out, relating both concepts with the objective of analyzing the influence of social networks on the strategy of business recruitment. The first block, the theoretical framework is composed of four sections. The first part dedicated to the evolution of the value of individuals and the importance of HR management in companies. The second part explains what recruitment 2.0 is all about, what tools there are, and their usefulness. The third part focuses on the importance of social networks in the recruitment of staff and the existence of other tools 2.0 other than social networks. And fourthly, an analysis of the influence of social networks on HR professionals and user candidates. After the theoretical framework, the methodology of this qualitative research is explained. To conclude, we present the conclusions reached from the results obtained in the analysis. The conclusion reached is that social networks are of great importance in the recruitment process and in the external image of the organization.
