La investigación-acción como vía de desarrollo profesional en el profesorado de Educación musical

Abstract

El objetivo de este proyecto de Investigación – Acción, cuya duración es de tres meses, es el de dar solución a un problema encontrado en la clase de Música de segundo Ciclo de Educación Infantil. Para ello, en primer lugar, se diagnostica el problema a través de la observación con la finalidad de extraer las causas que produce dicha dificultad. El problema es que en la clase de música el alumnado está más disperso y muestra menos interés que en las otras clases. Seguidamente, centrándonos en los problemas susceptibles de ser atajados por parte de la maestra, se realiza un plan de acción con la posterior aplicación en el aula. Posteriormente, a través de la utilización de diferentes instrumentos como son la entrevista, el registro anecdótico y una gráfica, permite realizar una triangulación comprobando los resultados obtenidos, dando con ello la posibilidad de realizar futuras propuestas de mejoras sobre el plan de acción. A partir de aquí, se observa una mejora gradual del problema donde el alumnado parece estar más motivado y atento en la clase de música, demostrando con ello que los resultados han sido positivos.

The objective of this project of Investigation - Action, which lasts for three months, is to solve a problem found in the music class of the second cycle of Early Childhood Education. For this, first we diagnose the problem through the observation, in order to extract the causes of such difficulty. The problem is that in the music class the students are more dispersed and shows less interest than in the other classes. Then, focusing on the problems that can be addressed by the teacher, a plan of action is made with the subsequent application in the classroom. Subsequently, through the use of different instruments such as the interview, the anecdotal record and a graphic, allows to perform a triangulation checking the results obtained, thereby giving the possibility of making future proposals for improvements on the action plan. From here, there is a gradual improvement of the problem where the students seems to be more motivated and attentive in the music class, demonstrating with it that the results have been positive.
