Análisis de competencias desarrolladas durante el cursado del Máster

Abstract

El objetivo del Trabajo Fin de Máster es la auto-evaluación y reflexión de las competencias adquiridas y desarrolladas a lo largo del cursado del máster de Psicología del trabajo, de las organizaciones y recursos humanos de la Universitat Jaume I. En primer lugar dedico un breve espacio a los agradecimientos, ya que entre otras cosas, en el desarrollo del máster he aprendido que la gratitud es un valor muy importante. Por lo que no quiero olvidarme de toda la gente que me ha apoyado a la hora de realizar el máster y todos los profesores y profesionales que me han enseñado cosas muy valiosas. En segundo lugar, en el desarrollo del TFM hago una breve presentación sobre mí, y posteriormente me centro en realizar una evaluación inicial sobre varias competencias propuestas y sobre el conocimiento que tenía de estas antes de empezar el máster y posteriormente una evaluación una vez finalizado el curso, para así comparar lo que he aprendido, y proporcionando también información sobre cómo he desarrollado cada competencia, todo ello en una escala del 1 al 4, siendo el 1 el nivel más bajo de conocimiento y el 4 el nivel más elevado. Finalmente realizo una valoración final y personal del máster y expongo la visión que tengo sobre mi futuro profesional.

The objective of the Final Master's Work is the self-evaluation and reflection of the competencies and skills acquired and developed during the course of the Master of Work Psychology, organizations and human resources of the University Jaume I. In the first place, I dedicate a brief space to the acknowledgments, among other things, in the development of the Master I have learned that gratitude is a very important value. So I don’t want to forget all the people who have supported me at the time of the master's degree and all the teachers and professionals who have taught me very valuable things. Secondly, in the development of the TFM I make a brief presentation about myself, and later I focus on an initial evaluation of several competencies proposed and about their knowledge of them before starting the master's degree and later an evaluation after the end of the Course, in order to compare what I have learned, and also providing information on how I have developed each competency, all on a scale of one to four, with 1 being the lowest level of knowledge and 4 being the highest level. Finally I make a final and personal evaluation of the Master and I expose the vision I have about my professional future.
