La educación permanente ha cobrado relevancia en las últimas décadas, considerando
diversos aspectos psico-sociales y teniendo en cuenta diversas consideraciones a la hora de
planificar programas enfocados a diversos sectores poblacionales. Por otro lado, las personas
mayores forman un colectivo que, debido a sus características, necesitan de una atención
personalizada en base a la educación permanente. Por consiguiente, el presente trabajo recoge
diversos datos acerca del tratamiento de factores psico-sociales y sus características en el adulto
mayor. La información ha sido recabada a través de diversos artículos científicos y revisiones
actuales relacionados con el tema. [-]

Lifelong learning has increased in importance and relevance in the last decades,
focusing on different psycho-social aspects and taking into account diverse variables when
planning programs aimed to different population sectors. On the other hand, the elderly form a
group that, due to their characteristics, needs personalized attention as stressed by lifelong
education theories. Therefore, this paper collects various data about the treatment of psychosocial
factors and their characteristics in the elderly. The information has been collected through
different scientific articles and current reviews related to the topic. [-]
