Conèixer el patrimoni de la teua ciutat: Les Coves de Sant Josep de la Vall d'Uixó

Abstract

Malauradament, actualment a nivell educatiu no es dona la importància requerida al Patrimoni Històric dins de l’àrea de les Ciències Socials. Per aquest fet, una alta quantitat d’alumnes desconeixen els fets històrics que han ocorregut a la seua localitat i també no li donen la importància requerida a qualsevol patrimoni històric de la seua població. Tanmateix per eradicar aquest fet, s’ha de tractar de treballar d’una manera més innovadora que puga cridar l’atenció de l’alumnat des de menut i que faça que aprenguen d’una manera més significativa i completa, ja que açò provocarà un canvi de mentalitat en les generacions venidores. Per corregir aquest fet, s’ha introduït a l’aula una visita a les Coves de Sant Josep en el 1er cicle per a què l’alumnat siga coneixedor de la sort que té de tindre aquesta riquesa natural al seu entorn. A més de les coves l’alumnat també coneixerà el poblat iber que l’envolta i l’aqüeducte romà que es troba a poca distància del lloc principal. Amb aquesta mesura l’alumnat és el subjecte actiu en el procés d’ensenyança-aprenentatge. La finalitat d’aquest Treball de Final de Grau és donar una sèrie de ferramentes per a tota la comunitat educativa i implantar el concepte de Patrimoni Històric dins de l’àmbit educatiu.

Unfortunately, currently the educational level does not give the required importance to the Historical Heritage within the area of Social Sciences. Due to this fact, a high number of students are unaware of the historical events that have occurred in their locality and do not give the required importance to any historical heritage of their population. Even so, in order to eradicate this fact, one must try to work in a more innovative way that can attract the attention of the student body from a young age and that makes them learn in a more meaningful and complete way, since this will cause a change of mentality in the coming generations. To correct this fact, a visit to the Caves of Sant Josep in the 1st cycle has been introduced in the classroom so that the students are aware of the luck they have of having this natural wealth to their environment. In addition to the caves, the students will also know the Iberian town that surrounds it and the Roman aqueduct that is located a short distance from the main place. With this measure, the student is the active subject in the teaching-learning process. The purpose of this Final Degree Project is to provide a series of tools for the entire educational community and implement the concept of Historical Heritage within the educational field.
