Diferencias de género en menores que ejercen maltrato familiar.

Abstract

The work aims to clarify whether differences according to the gender exist among minors with behaviour of abuse to their parents. In order to do it, the Youth Level Service of Case Management Inventory (YLS/CMI), on its Spanish version (IGI - J) (Garrido, Lopez, Silva, Lopez & Molina, 2006) was used a measure’s instrument. Preforming an Anova statistical analysis of the punctuation and of the one of the different areas. The participants : The participants are 197 minors (135 boys and 62 girls) who have judicial records on the juvenile court of Castellón due to familiar violence misdemeanours among the years 2014 and 2018.. Conclusion : Relevant differences between gender doesn’t exist in any of the areas neither in the IGI - J’s total punctuation.

El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo esclarecer si existen diferencias en función del sexo en menores con conductas de maltrato hacia sus progenitores. Para ello se utilizó como instrumento de medida el Youth Level Sevice of Case Management Inventory (YL S/CMI), en su versión española (IGI - J) ( Garrido, López, Silva, López y Molina,2006). Llevando a cabo un análisis estadístico anova de la puntuación total como de las diferentes áreas. Participantes : Los participantes son 197 menores (135 chicos y 62 chicas) con expedientes judiciales en el juzgado de menores de Castellón por delitos de violencia familiar entre los años 2014 y 2018. Conclusión : No existen diferencias significativas por géneros en ninguna de las áreas analizadas ni en la puntuación tota l del IGI - J.
