dc.description.abstractThe following paper deals with the economic-financial analysis of an investment project. This analysis focuses on the decision to set up a gym. For the development of this investment project it is necessary to know the viability of it. For this purpose, the Net Present Value (NPV) and the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) are used as a means of analysis. In addition, a sensitivity analysis and a scenario analysis are also performed, where risk is introduced. On the other hand, the financial planning process is carried out so that the company does not present liquidity problems during the development of the investment project.ca_CA
