La orientación emprendedora: relación con el reclutamiento y selección de personal

Abstract

With the present work of End of Degree, we will try to provide a vision beyond the characteristics of the Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) and will proceed to make a relationship with the recruitment and selection in companies. To this end, we first investigated the EO, its characteristics and the recruitment and selection process. Later, a relationship of the two topics will be made, and, finally, a study will be made among the fourth year Human Resources classmates of how they have seen that they are hired in the companies where they have done their respective practices in terms of innovation, creativity and predisposition to take risks.
