Business project of Rednix Sistemas S.L.

Abstract

Rednix Sistemas is an enterprise devoted to web development, graphic design and printing, trying to reach consumers with as many related services as possible and through a quality service, thus facilitating, within the same package, the development of an image f or the enterprise both at a physical and at online level. The notable growth of this sector and the need for consumers to grow their image has led Rednix Sistemas to make their presence grow in these markets. In this present business project, a small introduction of the holding company has been completed, explaining their business lines. Then, an external analysis has been carried out to study how PESTEL factors affect the company. In addition, the sector’s sit uation and the company’s competitors have been studied through Porter's 5 forces. An internal analysis is also conducted, which shows the mission, vision and values of the corporation, as well as their organization chart and Marketing Mix, concluding all of these with the SWOT analysis. Following, the plans to lead the business project are carried out. Firstly, the Marketing Plan is presented, establishing 4 objectives and proposing 7 actions to achieve these purposes, which mainly aim to increase the pos itioning of Rednix Sistemas. Secondly, the Operational Plan is completed, showing the technical description and the description of the production process of the activities being conducted within Rednix Sistemas. Thirdly, the Organizational and HR Plan are executed, showing the organizational structure of the company as well as HR practices. Finally, the Financial Plan is fulfilled, analyzing the feasibility of the objectives set out in a 5 - year vision, and showing the positive profitability of this project. The present business project will help us understand the sector within which the company operates, as well as the way it functions, observing the possible improvements that may arise and how to increase the presence of Rednix Sistemas in the sector.
