dc.description.abstract | Purpose: The purpose of this document is to explore the evolution of the concept of the enterprise and the Human Resources in the organizations. In order to do so, the document explains the evolution the importance of Human Resources within a company. The main practices of the Department of Human Resources are also studied, the past and the present practices. The document then examines the evolution of the concept of enterprise and develops the relationship between the good Human Resources practices. This document reflects the evolution of Human Resources practices within a company. The different Human Resources practices are compared in the different environments in which companies have been found. In order to check the effectiveness of good Human Resources practices and to support the collection of information, a study has been carried out by a company that has been awarded the good Human Resources practices that it applies to the organization. The purpose of doing a study of a real company is to complement and respond to the objectives of this study. Design / methodology / approach: This document represents a theoretical review of the importance of good Human Resources management, starting from the need to understand what it is, how to manage it, how and where to develop it in the organization. The document pays reference to existing literature related to the Human Resources and the organizations, obtained from the database of the University Jaume I. Findings: Companies must become spaces for personal and professional growth where targets depending on how people and organization are able to experience and enjoy together the road under a culture of values and service to others. Companies must be considered as spaces for personal and professional growth, where road, and not the goal in itself, is the meeting point between the personal and organizational interests. Originality / value: The document aims to explain the relationship between the good practices of Human Resources and the Healthy Companies. | ca_CA |
