Estudio de validez de un cuestionario para conocer la adecuación de un sistema de prescripción informatizada (CAPI) por profesionales de enfermería en UCI

Abstract

Estudio de validez de un cuestionario para conocer la adecuación de un sistema de prescripción informatizada (CAPI) por profesionales de enfermería en UCI. Objetivo: Desarrollar un Cuestionario sobre la Adecuación de la Prescripción Informatizada llamado “CAPI”. Establecer la validez de contenido del instrumento mediante grupo de expertos. Método: Estudio cualitativo y cuantitativo ejecutado en dos fases. Fase I consiste en el desarrollo y validez de contenido de CAPI mediante la técnica de grupo Delphi, formado por expertos en él aplicativo. En fase II un grupo de enfermeros usuarios habituales de la prescripción informatizada valoraran el cuestionario final resultante de la fase I. Resultados: Los datos adquiridos muestran que las preguntas obtienen valoraciones de excelente o buenas en I-CVI y K, son relevantes y representativos para el propósito evaluativo del estudio y brindan evidencia acerca de la validez de constructo. El cuestionario ofrece una validez de contenido adecuada con un S-CVI 0.81. Conclusiones: Este estudio provee un cuestionario CAPI que nos permitirá conocer la adecuación de un sistema de prescripción informatizada para los profesionales de Enfermería de UCI.

Validity of a Questionnaire to determine the Suitability of a Electronic Prescription (QSEP) for nursing professionals of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Aims: a) To develop a questionnaire about the adequacy of the computerized prescription called “QSEP”, b) To establish the validity of the content of the instrument with a group of experts. Methodology: Qualitative and quantitative survey implemented in two parts. The part I consists in the development and validation of the content of QSEP by the Delphi’s group technic, created by experts of this tool. And the part II consists in a group of nurses, who are users of the computerized prescription, and will value the final questionnaire of part I. Findings: The acquired information shows that the questions receive valuations of: excellent or good in I-CVI and K. This is relevant and representative for the evaluative purpose of the research and brings evidence about the validity of the tool. Conclusions: This research provides a questionnaire, called CAPI that will allow us to know the adequacy of a computerized prescription system for the nursing professionals of the Intensive Care Unit.
