Mediante el Real Decreto 1635/2011 de 14 de noviembre, se ha conseguido la publicación definitiva del II Acuerdo General para las Empresas de Transporte de Mercancías por Carretera. El Real Decreto modifica los tiempos de presencia en el sector. A partir del mismo, se otorga a los convenios colectivos sectoriales de ámbito estatal la posibilidad de pactar tanto acuerdos sobre distintos criterios de cómputo para los tiempos de presencia, como ampliar hasta un máximo de dos meses el periodo de referencia de un mes señalado en el Real Decreto 1561/1995, de 21 de septiembre sobre jornadas especiales de trabajo. By “Real Decreto” 1635/2011 of 14 November, has achieved the final publication of the Second General Agreement of Goods by Road. It changes the attendance time in the sector. Also, through it is given to the sectorial collective agreements at state level as the possibility of negotiating agreements on alternative approaches to computing attendance times, as extending to a maximum of two months during the reference period of one month referred to in “Real Decreto” 1561/1995 of 21 September on special working days.
