Abstract

The aim of this didactic unit is to provide the students with a highly motivational series of activities, which will allow them to practice in regards to the P.A.U test. Youngsters feel strongly stimulated by visual input due, in part, to the irruption of new technologies and digital devices in our lives. In this unit, we are using the topic of films and comics, especially motivating for the students because of its visual nature. We are also going to use new technologies in our favour as a tool to teachlearn. The weblog is just a small example of how new technologies can help us as teachers. In this case, to encourage our students to work cooperatively, to foment interaction and cohesion among them and to give them access a wide array of information with some indications about how to handle it. The blog is a prolongation of the class sessions and it allows the group to develop and discuss over what has been seen in the class and vice-versa.
