In terms of the structure of the work, it includes the following sections: I will start with a brief introduction of the origin of the CMS and its evolution until today. Second, I will introduce the two trends that criticize these conflict management systems. Third, I will explain in detail various aspects in relation to conflicts, such as different types of conflicts or some orientations to solve them, and the five orientations of K. Thomas in conflict resolution. Fourth, I will analyze the two key factors to successfully manage conflicts. Then, the exposure of the case: Caso Repsol Portuguesa: cómo vencer la resistencia al cambio.
