Del pupitre a l'escenari: una experiència al voltant del Teatre de l'Oprimit com a recurs en la formació de mestres

Abstract

El present article suposa un recorregut per una experiència performativa en la formació de Mestres durant el curs 2016 – 2017 a la Universitat Jaume I de Castelló. Partint dels postulats de l’aprenentatge cooperatiu i de la cohesió de grups, exposem com vam desenvolupar un conjunt de tallers per facilitar l’alumnat eines al voltant de la cooperació, la cohesió i la comunicació. En la introducció emmarquem aquests tallers dins del context de l’assignatura de Teoria de l’Educació i de les estretes imbricacions entre els conceptes de teoria i de teatre a partir de la tradició grega. En un segon apartat, ens dediquem a exposar com es va desenvolupar i en què va consistir el tercer i últim d’aquests tallers, que va estar dedicat al Teatre de l’Oprimit. El tercer apartat narra la posada en pràctica dels aprenentatges d’aquest darrer taller, a través d’una experiència que es va dur a terme amb un dels grups classe participants en el taller. Aquest grup va treballar durant l’assignatura d’Història de l’Educació per posar en escena una obra de Teatre de l’Oprimit. Finalment, en les conclusions exposem el nostre desig de seguir aprofundint en aquesta línia del treball tant des d’una vessant pràctica com mitjançant la reflexió i la teorització al voltant d’aquestes eines i de la formació de mestres.

This article supposes a tour through a performative experience in the training of teachers during the course 2016 – 2017 in the University Jaume I of Castelló. Starting from the postulates of cooperative learning and group cohesion, we present how we have developed a set of workshops to provide students with tools on cooperation, cohesion and communication. In the introduction we define these workshops within the context of the subject of Theory of Education and the narrow overlaps between the concepts of theory and theater from the Greek tradition. In a second section, we set out to explain what it consisted for and what was the development of the third and last of these workshops, which was dedicated to the Theater of the Oppressed. The third section tells the implementation of the learning of this last workshop, through an experience that was carried out with one of the class groups participating in the workshop. This group worked during the subject of History of Education to put in scene a piece based on the Theater of the Oppressed. Finally, in the conclusions we present our desire to continue to deepen this line of work both from a practical perspective, and thinking about and building theory around these tools and teacher training.
