Psychological Capital is made up of the constructs of hope, self-efficacy, resilience
and optimism. These psychological resources can be developed in leaders, so that they are
oriented in their professional development and therefore in that of the organization, in such
a way that they can increase them and empower their work team. The development of the
Psychological Capital supposes a great challenge for the organizations and a healthy
organizational practice, reason why, the people with high score in the psychological capital,
have the particularity of assuming challenging goals and strive to reach them, predicting
inconveniences and elaborating plans of contingency.
The purpose of this Final Master's Project is to carry out four micro interventions to
implement the Psychological Capital in the leaders of the company oil services. These
micro interventions are designed for the strengthening each constructs, however, the
application of any of them reinforces the rest of the constructs to analyze and measure their
impact, the PCQ Questionnaire will be applied before and after the intervention, and the
Questionnaire Manual and the Trainer's Guide will be used for the development of
psychological capital. [-]
El Capital Psicológico está compuesto por los constructos de esperanza,
autoeficacia, resiliencia y optimismo. Estos recursos psicológicos pueden ser desarrollados

El Capital Psicológico está compuesto por los constructos de esperanza,
autoeficacia, resiliencia y optimismo. Estos recursos psicológicos pueden ser desarrollados
en los líderes, con el fin de que sean orientados en su desarrollo profesional y por ende en
el de la organización, de tal manera que pueden aumentarlos y potenciar a su equipo de
trabajo. El desarrollo del Capital Psicológico supone un gran desafío para las
organizaciones y una práctica organizacional saludable, por lo que, las personas con
puntuaciones altas en capital psicológico, tienen la particularidad de asumir objetivos
retadores y de esforzarse para alcanzarlos, prediciendo inconvenientes y elaborando planes
de contingencia.
El presente Trabajo Final de Máster tiene por objetivo realizar cuatro micro
intervenciones para implementar el Capital Psicológico en los líderes de la empresa
servicios petroleros. Estas micro intervenciones se encuentran diseñadas para fortalecer
cada constructo, sin embargo, la aplicación de cualquiera de ellas refuerza el resto de
constructos. Para analizar y medir el impacto de las mismas, se aplicará el Cuestionario
PCQ pre y post intervención, además se utilizará el Manual de Cuestionario y la Guía del
Capacitador para el desarrollo del capital psicológico. [-]
