Cultura de las empresas de trabajo temporal, un estudio de caso

Abstract

En muchas ocasiones nombramos las ETTs, incluso recurrimos a ellas como herramienta para encontrar un puesto de trabajo, o para que nos ayude a adentrarnos en el mundo laboral, en el cuál demandan mucha experiencia, pero nadie la ofrece. Por eso me he centrado en este Trabajo de final de grado, para conocer un poco más a fondo este tipo de empresas, en la que explicaré sus aspectos generales, como el funcionamiento que hay detrás de todo lo que muestra una ETT de cara al exterior, para poder ayudarnos a encontrar una oferta de trabajo que se adecue a nuestras condiciones. También explicaré la legislación por la que se rige actualmente una empresa de trabajo temporal, como se regulaban en sus inicios hasta el día de hoy. Por otra parte, voy a explicar los tipos de contratos que ofrece una ETT, junto con el fraude que puede haber en estos, en los que algunas empresas aprovechan para engañar a los trabajadores y desarrollaré los beneficios e inconvenientes que le supone a una persona contar con un puesto de trabajo mediante estas empresas. Explicaré también como es la cultura de la empresa de una ETT en la que he realizado una estancia laboral, en la que he observado valores, creencias y métodos de trabajo que definen la cultura empresarial. Por último he realizado un cuestionario enfocado a trabajadores que han trabajado o están trabajando mediante una ETT, en el que han valorado cuestiones respecto al trato recibido por la empresa de trabajo temporal, respecto a las condiciones del contrato y respecto a su puesto de trabajo en la empresa usuaria.

On many occasions we name temporary employment agencies (ETTs), even resorting to them as a tool to find a job, or to help us enter the world of work, in which they demand a lot of experience, but nobody offers it. That is why I have focused on this Final Year Paper, to get to know this type of company a little better, in which I will explain its general aspects, such as the functioning behind everything that a temporary employment agency shows to the outside world, in order to help us find a job offer that is suitable for our conditions. I will also explain the legislation that currently governs a temporary employment agency, as it was regulated in its beginnings until today. Furthermore, I will explain the types of contracts offered by a temporary employment agency, together with the fraud that can occur in these, in which some companies take advantage of this to deceive workers, and I will explain the benefits and disadvantages of having a job through these companies. I will also explain what the company culture is like in a temporary employment agency, where I have observed the values, beliefs and working methods that define the company culture. Finally, I have carried out a questionnaire aimed at workers who have worked or are working through a temporary employment agency, in which they have assessed questions regarding the treatment received by the temporary employment agency, regarding the conditions of the contract and regarding their job in the user company
