| ca_CA |
dc.description.abstract | The present TFG develops a photography project which explores the individualist use that tourists make of photography on Instagram and criticizes the term postcard landscape in Valencia, all of it by the repropiation of images which tourists have posted on Instagram in the most touristic spots of the city and the reinterpretation of the postcard-souvenir of Valencia. In order to accomplish this it has been necessary a large process, as of documentation, observation, reflection and analysis of this spaces on Instagram, as the reading of different books related to the use of photographs in the actual context of social network. Social networks, that tool which was thought as a tool for making communication and the access to information easier between people, they have now become the greatest exponent of individualism. It is only necessary to check social networks as Instagram to realize a visual catalogue full with stereotyped and repetitive images which focus on the self staging. This self exaltation is more superlative when it comes to publishing tourist attractions images. Far from trying to approach those who are farther away to the tourist attraction, the images that you can find are an exact copy of the postcard landscape reapropiation. On the one hand, after all the process which has entail the development of this photographic project the knowledge of images in the Instagram era and the photograph moulds of postcard landscape which appear as in social networks as in the tourist imaginary have widen. On the other hand, it has also helped me to take a close look at the knowledge degree of the most touristic spots in Valencia and it has developed and increased my skills in photographic edition. | ca_CA |
