Tourism as a sector is constantly evolving and the emergence of new technologies and
the use of social networks have led to the creation of a tourism model based on a
collaborative economy.
However, this tourism model lacks clear regulation and presents certain legal loopholes
that cause internal and external conflicts of the sector towards society. There is a current
regulation towards tourism as a general sector, however little updated to the new times.
After an analysis of current tourism competences, and after the search for existing
models of certain Autonomous Communities, this work proposes possible solutions and
legislative models adjusted to the new times. [-]
