dc.description.abstractAt the beginning of this project, a series of main objectives were set for their subsequent fulfillment in the course of my passage through the Organometallic Chemistry group and Homogeneous Catalysis research group, at the University Jaume I. The aims were divided in the following two: - To synthetize a new anthracene-based supramolecular macrocycle, linked to two imidazolium units. For this, the design of a synthetic route based on the material found in the bibliography was carried out. - To provide a well-defined host environment for guest inclusion to be used to coordinate with several types of metals or improving the ability to organize into lamellar face-to-face p-stacking configurations in the solid state.ca_CA
