Against the background of the rapid development of E-Commerce, many
small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have gradually realized of the importance
of developing E-Commerce. However, SMEs need to determine whether and how to
develop E-Commerce based on their current economic environment. This paper takes
the Chinese traditional wholesale SMEs in Spain, MEGA CAXTON, as a case study.
Some literatures and field investigation are applied to obtain the degree of B2B ECommerce influence on the enterprise in the current environment. Finally, a proposal
about how to develop a corresponding B2B E-Commerce strategy for the enterprise is
given. This study can provide some suggestions about how to develop E-Commerce
strategies for wholesale enterprise in Spain. Furthermore, readers can also learn about
the economic activities of Chinese enterprises in Spain [-]
