dc.description.abstract | Introduction: For the majority of the users that go to the Hospital Emergency Services, the triage post is the first contact with the center, which classifies the priority of care that the patient will receive and for that reason it is so important to value the their perception of it and the influence on the degree of satisfaction, being able to improve based on this information the quality of care. Objective: Describe the perception of the user of the triage performed by health professionals in the Hospital Emergency Services. Methodology: A literature search was performed in the databases, Pubmed, Cochrane, Dialnet, Scielo, Virtual Health Library and Scopus, using the thesauri of each database. Filters were used: full text documents, published between 2009 - 2019 and in Spanish or English, and were limited by inclusion and exclusion criteria. Finally, the methodological quality of each article was analyzed through critical reading tools. Results: In the search, a total of 203 articles were retrieved, of which 17 were selected for the evaluation of methodological quality. Finally, 14 articles were used to carry out the integrative review. Conclusion: The selected studies imply that the perception of the patient in the hospital triage is positive in the majority of cases, and that the influencing factors are multiple. Despite this, the lack of information, waiting times and other elements can be determining factors. On the other hand, the profile of the health personnel in charge of the triage should be a specialized profile. | ca_CA |
| ca_CA |
