The purpose of this paper is to provide further proposals on the promotion and
distribution of Cerezas del Jerte in Germany for the company Argos Consulting
Network. The marketing project for the commercialisation of Cerezas del Jerte in
Germany is already present and has already been achieved thanks to the services of
Argos Consulting Network. First of all, there is a brief description of the company along
with a presentation of the product. The goal is to have general overview of the
resources, product and future ideas, as well as implementations for the continuation of
commercialisation of the product Cerezas del Jerte. Secondly, as complementary part of
the follow-up and work, which Argos Consulting is realising, there is a focus on other
possible distribution channels, since the distribution is actually being carried out in
retail German Supermarkets. Together with this, there is also an analysis of a specific
target and segment. [-]
