La represión a las mujeres y al movimiento feminista español: casuística y actualidad

Abstract

Este trabajo pretende visibilizar la represión legal y policial sufrida por los movimientos feministas en el estado español, re-activados con fuerza en la etapa inmediatamente posterior al surgimiento del 15-M y catalizados por la propuesta de reforma de ley del Aborto llevada a cabo por el gobierno del Partido Popular; lo pondremos en relación directa con la penalización social y moral, fruto de una fuerte lógica patriarcal: la cultura de la misoginia, que sigue pesando sobre los cuerpos, las acciones y las vidas de las mujeres. Enmarcaremos todo ello, a su vez, en el contexto de un fuerte proceso de radicalización de los movimientos sociales y ciudadanos, en este caso, del movimiento feminista y de mujeres y de su capacidad de representación y visibilización a nivel performático, mediático y callejero, que tuvo una de sus máximas expresiones en la fundación de la Hermandad del Santísimo Coño Insumiso y que resultó con la imputación de 5 mujeres en Sevilla y 1 mujer en Málaga, aún procesadas por blasfemia y ofensa a los sentimientos religiosos y actualmente, en espera de juicio.

This work aims to make visible the legal and police repression suffered by the feminist movements in the Spanish state. This feminist movement re-activated immediately after the emergence of the indignados (May-15th Movement) and catalyzed after the proposed reform of the Law of Abortion which was intended to be passed by the first Rajoy Government. We will link it directly with the social and moral penalty, fruit of a strong patriarchal logic: the culture of misogyny, which continues to weigh on the bodies, actions and lives of women. It all will be framed in the context of a strong process of radicalization of social and citizen movements, in this case, of the feminist and women's movement and their capacity for representation and visibility at the performative, media and street level. One of its maximum expressions can be found in the founding of the Sisterhood of the Unsubmissive Holy Pussy. This resulted in the accusation of 5 women in Seville and 1 woman in Malaga, still prosecuted for blasphemy and offense to religious feelings and currently, waiting for trial.
