La protección de la vulnerabilidad de niños y familias en el ámbito escolar

Abstract

Uno de los aspectos más destacados en el ámbito de la educación es la relación de los centros educativos con las familias del alumnado vulnerable. Por eso, este trabajo tiene la finalidad de realizar una investigación sobre las leyes vigentes del Sistema Educativo Español, buscando información sobre la relación entre las familias con alumnado vulnerable y los centros educativos. En primer lugar, realizaré una selección de las leyes a estudiar, acerca de la participación, colaboración y actuación de las familias en los centros educativos. El objetivo es encontrar que dicen las leyes sobre la relación que debe haber entre ambos. Posteriormente, para realizar una investigación en profundidad y descubrir si estas leyes se ponen en práctica, entrevistaré a dos familias con hijos que presentan diferentes diversidades que les influyen a la hora de seguir el ritmo de la clase. Además, con la intención de obtener distintos puntos de vista en torno a las realidades del aula y la relación de las familias con los centros, entrevistaré a una profesora del aula (Comunicación y Lenguaje) CYL del colegio Gaeta Huguet. Finalmente, con las ideas extraídas del análisis legislativo y las respuestas obtenidas de las diferentes entrevistas, afirmaré o negaré si la legislación actual protege la relación entre las familias y los centros educativos. Del mismo modo, enumeraré una serie de ideas para mejorar la relación existente entre ambos.

One of the most outstanding aspects in the field of education is the relationship of educational centers with the families of vulnerable students. Therefore, this work has the purpose of conducting research on the current laws of the Spanish Educational System, seeking information on the relationship between families with vulnerable students and schools. In the first place, I will make a selection of the laws to be studied, about the participation, collaboration and action of the families in the educational centers. The objective is to find what the laws say about the relationship that must exist between both. Later on, to carry out an in-depth investigation and discover if these laws are put into practice, I will interview two families with children who present different diversities that influence them when it comes to following the rhythm of the class. In addition, with the intention of obtaining different points of view around the realities of the classroom and the relationship of families with the centers, I will interview a teacher of the classroom (Communication and Language) C&L of the Gaeta Huguet school. Finally, with the ideas extracted from the legislative analysis and the answers obtained from the different interviews, I will affirm or deny if the current legislation protects the relationship between families and educational centers. In the same way, I will list a series of ideas to improve the relationship between both.
