Situation analysis of cultural tourism activity in the rural municipalities

Abstract

In this work we will try to know four local initiatives by four interior municipalities of the province of Castellón. We will do this through an exhaustive search supported by web pages, works and research. It is intended to know how they emerged, what they wanted to achieve and how they have been able to contribute to the cultural dynamization of the interior areas. The initiatives will be: the MIAU (Fanzara), the Land Art Enclave (Vistabella del Maestrat), the MACVAC (Vilafamés) and the Feslloch (Benlloch). Each of the initiatives belongs to a different branch of the arts and have been chosen for that reason. In point 3 we will make a conceptualization to better understand the importance of the chosen elements, why they have been and based on that. Through this conceptualization we will enter into a theoretical treatment in sections 4 and 5 the aspects that influence the realization of these events such as rural tourism, cultural tourism and sustainability. Then through section 6 we explain how demand and supply fluctuate through examples and studies of government associations. In section 7 we will focus on the methodology used to then enter the analysis of the four case studies in section 8. To finish section 9 and 10 are intended respectively for analysis and conclusions. The work concludes with the pages of annexes, in which we will find information complementary to that given in the previous sections, and with the bibliography where we will see all the sources used to obtain information and data that have been helpful at the time of the elaboration.
