dc.description.abstract | In this work, I have decided to focus on the flow working process of a large Japanese company, in this case, Toyota. I have done an analysis of routine and daily operations, as it is a periodic review of a vehicle, in a concret workplace, since thus it could extract information from first hand. To address this issue, I made a theoretical research about the world of the direction of operations and process flow diagrams, so you can have full knowledge and be able to apply all the methodology necessary for the realization of the analysis. Secondly, I had choose the object of the company because I have researched regarding its policy and values, in order to find the best option to apply, almost to perfection, all the theoretical knowledge. Therefore, within this work a short presentation of the same. Finally, I would like to highlight, that the objective of this work is to analyze each of the operations that are processed in this action, and thus, detect deficiencies that they could make, in order to make some proposals for improvement to help to create efficiency and speed their activity. | ca_CA |
