The aim of this study is to estimate the effect of the rise in minimum wage in employment. By using data from Active Population Survey will try to estimate the elasticity of employment rate with respect the Kaitz Index and with respect to the Production index in each Autonomous Community of Spain. The outcomes show a positively but small effect of Kaitz Index on employment rate and a positively effect of Production index on employment rate. [-]
