Abstract

En el TFG es vol ressaltar la importància del bon ús de la Comunicació Interna en el funcionament d'una empresa o organització. A més, aquesta també és important dins de les mitjanes i xicotetes empreses tot i que a sovint es pense que no és necessari . Dit això, s'ha creat una agència centrada en el servei de la CI com a motor de qualsevol empresa de manera que el servei que ofereix la fa diferent a la resta. Així doncs, s'ocupa un nínxol de mercat dins del sector de la comunicació i la publicitat. En el treball final de grau també es fa referència a la importància de la investigació per dur a terme una bona campanya de comunicació, ja siga de manera externa o interna com és aquest cas. De manera que l'empresa tinga clar a qui es dirigeix, en quin entorn ho fa, i com ho ha de fer si es vol ser efectiu i eficaç. Per últim, se li dona importància a la creació de sinèrgies entre empleador i empleat així com entre tot el capital humà d'una organització. En definitiva, es tracta d'un treball final de grau en el que s'ha tractat d'impregnar de la importància de la CI ja que actualment està de moda i si es fa un bon ús d'aquesta pot ser un valor afegit i una ventaja competitiva imprescindible si es vol assolir l'èxit.

In this end-of-degree project we want to highlight the importance of the correct use of internal communication when it comes to improve the performance of a business or organisation. It’s also important when we talk about small or medium size businesses, where it’s commonly thought that it is not necessary. We’ve created an agency focused on the service of CI as an engine for any kind of businesses in a way in which it’s different to each one of them. In this way we take care of an area that has to do with the communication and advertisement sector. In this end-of-year-degree project we also refer to the importance of research when we want to make sure we follow an appropriate communication campaign. This research can be made in an external or internal way, in this case it will be the second one. The business will clearly state who the target is, what is its environment and how the procedure should be in order to be effective. Finally, we also refer to the importance of creating synergies between employees, employers and every person inside a company or organization. To sum up, it’s an end-of-degree project in which we want to expose the importance of CI, now that it’s been used a lot. If you use it in a proper way, it will give an added value to the product and will be a competition advantage so the business can reach success.
