The paper below seeks to analyse the impact of microcredit on women's access to employment in developing countries. To address this issue, the microfinance financial sector, the actors involved, the comparison with traditional credit and the importance of microcredit for women have been taken into account, as they are the main beneficiaries, being the first to repay loans on time. The other part of the study focuses on analyzing macroeconomic and microfinance variables and their relationship. Thanks to microcredit, many people in developing countries have been able to become entrepreneurs and create some small business and, therefore, improve their quality of life.ca_CA
