At present, more and more companies are worried about encouraging the motivation
of their workers, as they know that this will lead to an increase in the performance for
the company. Therefore, motivation is an essential attitude for employees'
organizations because it allows them to improve work performance, better perform job
functions and tasks, all of which organizations will be more likely to get better results

The main objective of this work is to verify how the characteristics of the jobs affect the
motivation
of
the
employees.
To do this, we first carried out a theoretical study and later car
ried out an empirical
study
on
the
company
BP
Oil
España
S.A.U.
The empirical study consisted in the execution of 30 surveys, answered by employees
of 3 departments (HR, HSSE and TECNICO) of the organization.
Finally, we performed the statistical analyzes
using the SPSS program to verify if there
are significant effects between the variables of the job and the motivation of the
