Estructuras cooperativas simples en Educación Infantil

Abstract

Este Trabajo Final de Grado se basa en el proceso de investigación-acción, y su objetivo principal es desarrollar estructuras cooperativas simples en el aula de infantil. La investigación tiene lugar en un aula del tercer nivel del segundo ciclo de Educación Infantil donde, en primer lugar, se recogió información para delimitar el problema y formular el objetivo del trabajo. Para ello, se realizó una entrevista a la maestra, se hizo un análisis de los aspectos didáctico-organizativos, y se completó un registro para comprobar el grado de cooperación. En segundo lugar, se puso en acción la propuesta de intervención, en la que se trabajaron las estructuras cooperativas simples 1-2-4, el folio giratorio, y se hizo un seguimiento atendiendo a la valoración de unos ítems. En tercer lugar, se comprobó tras la intervención el grado de cooperación de la clase, y los grupos de alumnos se autoevaluaron. Por último, en cuanto a los resultados obtenidos, han sido muy positivos, ya que se han llevado a la práctica estas estructuras cooperativas simples con los alumnos de manera satisfactoria. Se consiguió que adquirieran competencias para saber cómo trabajar en equipo, favoreciendo la inclusión y la solidaridad, y permitiendo así una mejora en sus relaciones personales.

This thesis is based on the process of investigation-action, and its immediate purpose is develop simple cooperative structures in pre-school education’s classroom. The investigation takes place in the classroom of the third level second stage pre-school education, in the first place, I collected information to delimit the problem and draw up the thesis objective. To achieve the goal, I made an interview with the teacher, we analysed the educationalorganizational aspects, and we completed a record track to check the cooperation rank. In the second place, I implemented the intervention proposal, where we worked the simple cooperative structures 1-2-4, the revolving sheet, and we did a segment paying attention to some ítems evaluation. In the third place, after the intervention we checked the cooperation rank of the class and the group of students self-evaluated themselves. Finally, with regard to the obtained results, there have been very positives, because we applied these simple cooperative structures with the students successfully. We get that they gain competence to know how to work as a team, favouring inclusion and solidarity, and allowing on that way an improvement in their personal relationships.
