This work realizes a diagnosis on so many people benefits that the skill of the
Mindfulness contributes on the workpeople. The above mentioned skill every time is
more u sed not only for the labor world , but for many aspects of our lives , but in this
work it is focused on the labor world, in particular to how he is of benefit in the yield of
the workpeople .
On the other hand , one will stand out how to implant this skill and her practice in
studies realized in companies , which demonstrate its efficiency . Across the Mindfulness
we will realize the reality that one lives today in the labor world . The multitask situations
harm to our yield reducing greatly our efficacy , and this is something that many
companies are not yet completely conscious .
This study serves so much for those persons who suffer u nder yield and high stress in
the work , as for workpeople who want to prepare the above mentioned situations in the
labor world and simultaneously they take conscience of the risks that derive from the
above mentioned concepts .
The first thing we are going to explain in this matter are the two concepts involved,
work performance and the Mindfulness, and then relate them to each other and to be
able to understand it to perfection.
Also there will be seen the multiple institutions that Mindfulness u ses in the formation of
its workpeople and in its bu siness plan . These organizations have known the b enefits
that its implantation has in all its teams . Therefore , the main Mindfulness advantages
will be seen for the workpeople and bus inessmen , and all the benefits that ésto it b rings
to the organizations .
The same way as the work is extended we will u nderstand how important the
Mindfulness is for the labor world and topcoat the fundamental role that it has with
regard to the yield of the personnel of an organization .
Thanks to a study of the company Heineken with regard to the application of the
Mindfulness in the work , the main key here , we will observe more closely the benefits that this one b ears , analyzing results and consequences so that it is easier to
appreciate the b enefits of the above mentioned practice .
You can also see various criticisms that fall on the term Mindfulness and above all false
beliefs of this technique, to address in depth a topic it is necessary to see the beneficial
on the one hand, and the part that is not as beneficial on the other side.
Therefore , the target is to demonstrate the effectiveness of the application of the
Mindfulness in the labor yield , achieving this way a more decisive, dynamic and
innovative labor climate on the part of employers and personnel , since the engine of an
organization we are the persons . [-]

Este trabajo realiza un diagnóstico sobre los tantos beneficios que aporta la técnica del
Mindfulness sobre los trabajadores. Dicha técnica cada vez es más utilizada no sólo
para el mundo laboral, sino para muchos aspectos de nuestras vidas, pero en este
trabajo está enfocado a las organizaciones, en concreto a cómo beneficia en el
rendimiento de los trabajadores.
Por otro lado, se destacará cómo implantar esta técnica y la práctica de ella en
estudios realizados en empresas, que evidencian su eficiencia. A través del
Mindfulness nos daremos cuenta de la realidad que se vive hoy en el mundo laboral.
Las situaciones de multitarea perjudican a nuestro rendimiento reduciendo
considerablemente nuestra eficacia, y ésto es algo que muchas empresas todavía no
son del todo conscientes.
Este estudio sirve tanto para aquellas personas que sufren bajo rendimiento y alto
estrés en el trabajo, como para trabajadores que quieran prevenir dichas situaciones
en el mundo laboral y a la vez toman conciencia de los riesgos que derivan de dichos
conceptos.
También se verán las múltiples organizaciones que utilizan Mindfulness en la
formación de sus empleados y en su plan de empresa. Estas organizaciones han
conocido los beneficios que su implantación tiene en todos sus equipos. Por tanto, se
verán las principales ventajas de Mindfulness para los trabajadores y empresarios, y
todos los beneficios que ésto aporta a las organizaciones. [-]
