La ira en Educación Infantil

Abstract

My final project determines an investigation about anger and the way it affects a group of 21 three-year old children. The main topic, as stated before, is anger and how it manifests when kids are able to recognise what it is. Once this is done, I will try to teach them how to channel it and diminish it using innovative technological methods. To do this, I will involve the whole teaching staff who is in constant touch with the children and is, as well, a crucial agent in their lives and inner growth. Through the activities we are going to develop, I would like the students to recognise and learn how to name the feeling of anger. At the same time, with different techniques to extinct it, my goal is to help them channel it and control it in a positive manner, not damaging nor destructive for themselves and the rest of their classmates. The main approach of my work, is to elaborate an innovative way to diminish anger in the classroom, because temper tantrums are very common within kids in the room. I would like to highlight that the intervention’s greatest achievements are the sessions I had with every pupil because, even though, not all of those who experienced temper tantrums where in my class, I find it interesting to inculcate and educate all of them towards this feeling. It is also essential to get to know why they experience anger and how they can learn to control it.

Este trabajo de Fin de Grado que expongo determina una investigación sobre la ira y su manifestación en un grupo de 21 niños de la edad de 3 años. El tema central es la ira y su manifestación, una vez que los niños/as sean capaces de reconocer qué es la ira y porqué se produce intentaré que aprendan a canalizarla y a disminuirla utilizando técnicas metodológicas innovadoras. Para ello implicaré al profesorado que está en contacto con ellos a diario ya que son un agente determinante en sus vidas y en su desarrollo como personas. Con las actividades a realizar me gustaría que los alumnos reconocieran y aprendieran a ponerle nombre a la emoción de la ira. A su vez con las diferentes técnicas de extinción de ésta, pretendo que puedan canalizarla y controlarla de una manera positiva y no dañina ni destructiva para ellos mismos y para el resto de sus compañeros. El planteamiento principal del trabajo es la elaboración de una propuesta innovadora para disminuir la ira en el aula ya que abundan las rabietas puntuales de varios niños en la misma. Dentro de la intervención el punto a destacar son las diferentes sesiones que he realizado junto a todos los alumnos/as ya que a pesar de que no eran todos los alumnos del aula los que sufrían los episodios de ira me parece interesante inculcar y fomentar en todos ellos la educación en esta emoción, conocer porqué sienten rabia y aprender a controlarla.
